I built this consultancy after years at the intersection of technology, business, and operations — watching well-run businesses plateau because they were scaling effort instead of strategy and systems.
The pattern was always the same: smart founder, great product, but too much manual work, too slow to respond to leads, no visibility into what was actually happening. Revenue that should have been there wasn't.
