I founded MAX<>IO Group to solve a problem I kept seeing: good businesses held back by unclear strategy, scattered priorities, and operations that couldn't scale. It's a growth & strategy consultancy — we diagnose what's holding growth back, design the plan to fix it, and advise through execution.

ArmaTech Industries is the long-horizon bet — defence R&D focused on exoskeletons, autonomous drones, swarm systems, and counter-measures. We're building sovereign capability that doesn't depend on foreign supply chains.

The Co-Lab is the physical layer: a co-working and light-industrial hub in Fortitude Valley where builders, engineers, and operators share space and infrastructure.

Everything I build is designed to run without me in the loop. I think in systems, automate by default, and optimise for leverage over effort. If there's a repeatable process, I'll encode it. If there's a bottleneck, I'll remove it.
